  • Redesigned an unstandardised enterprise data exchange workflow and defined AI extraction guidelines to reduce manual dependency, improving request handling efficiency by 20x (5-6/day to 100s/hour) and reducing churn by 70%.
  • Ran discovery on communication gaps, built a centralised communication channel, achieving 65% adoption among enterprise users, with 90% of active users resolving queries without reverting to email.
  • Defined API data model for interoperability with ERPs and external systems, covering 70+ data points per SKU, enabling enterprise compliance, and keeping operations uninterrupted.
