Designed a platform surface for external contributors — suppliers, partners, third-party data providers — to participate in enterprise compliance workflows without being internal platform users. Two radically different mental models, one system.
Designed UX for ISCC Mass Balance — a chain-of-custody certification methodology for sustainable raw material traders. A ledger-abstraction problem where errors carry regulatory consequences and the underlying domain logic is opaque to most users.
Designed the UX for an AI agents suite that automates ESG data collection, interpretation, and reporting. The core design challenge: building trust in agent-driven outputs without making users dependent on a black box.
Designed trust-first ordering and fulfillment workflows for a hyperlocal commerce platform serving non-tech-savvy local retailers. Adoption risk was not a feature problem — it was a cognitive trust problem.
